Elvira Hernandez

Elvira Hernandez

Elvira Hernandez, elected in 2022, is serving her second term on the board. She has earned a Master’s in Social Work and is a credentialed School Counselor. Currently, she works as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (Therapist) working predominantly with youth and young adults. Her present term expires in 2026. 
Jill Tucker

Jill Tucker

Jill Tucker, re-elected in 2022, is serving her fourth term on the Board. She is employed at Imperial Valley College. Ms. Tucker was previously employed as a physical education teacher in the Imperial Unified School District. Ms. Tucker's present term expires in 2026.
 
 
Geoffrey Holbrook

Geoffrey Holbrook

Geoff Holbrook, elected in 2024, is serving his first term on the board. Mr. Holbrook is a public agency attorney and currently serves as General Counsel for the Imperial Irrigation District. He has previously served as City Attorney for the City of Imperial and Assistant County Counsel for the County of Imperial. Mr. Holbrook is married and has four children, three of whom currently attend IUSD schools. His present term expires in 2028. 
Gabby Olguin-Nixon

Mrs. Gabby Olguin-Nixon  is an STL at ICOE alternative education and also a Mortgage loan officer for the last 28 years with Efinity Home Mortgage. Mrs. Olguin-Nixon has been active in multiple  Imperial Unified District PTOs for over 15 years and is also part of ITFA and IHS Boys Basketball club.
Mrs. Gabby Olguin-Nixon is married and has 3 children which 2 have graduated from IHS and 1 is currently at FWMS.

Daniel Yee
Daniel Yee, elected in 2022, is serving his second term on the Board. He is currently employed at Calipatria State Prison as a teacher. Mr. Yee's term expires in 2026.
